This year Luca chose to take the family to iFly, for a thrilling, high-flying adventure. It’s basically indoor skydiving, where you hover over a giant fan.

As you can see, Autumn and I aren’t that excited about it, although I’m hiding it better than she is
Mama first
It was more fun than I expected!
Luca’s turn
A natural!
After observing everyone else in the group, Mia decided to give it a try
She even went up high!
In the end Autumn was inspired by Mia’s bravery to take the plunge!
Good job brave little dragon!
Well done flyers! Proud of you all!

Soccer!

Soccer is new to our family this year. All three kids decided they wanted to try it out, so we got all geared up and gave it our first try last week. Autumn and Luca are having a great time with it so far, Mia not so much. But hey, new things can be a lot for a four-year old to take in. We’ll keep trying!

More presents, and time spent with Auntie Barbie and Uncle Justin. Then a drive through the Pastega Christmas Light Display.

Oh and just a couple of Harry Potter fans getting their nerd on 🙂

Happy Birthday Chris!

We are so lucky to have such a thoughtful, caring, silly, resourceful, witty, and loving father and husband. We love you more than all the multiverse!

Violin Recital

This year Autumn joined Luca in the fall violin recital – her first public performance of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star! And although Luca was nervous about J.S. Bach’s Minuet No. 3, he performed it beautifully. So proud of both of these kiddos!

And of course, a celebratory banana split afterwards.
